Level 3 Principles of Management and Leadership
These qualifications are aimed at practising or aspiring managers will supervise or manage a team to achieve clearly defined outcomes. They will set and monitor goals and objectives by providing instruction, direction and guidance. Day to day operational and project activities are a key part of their role.
Level 5 Management & Leadership
The Level 5 Award, Certificate and Diploma in Management and Leadership provide a more comprehensive structure and give learners a broader knowledge of management and leadership. These qualifications provide you with the key skills and competencies you will need to become an effective manager.
Level 7 Strategic Management and Leadership
Chartered Management Institute Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership is a Level 7 qualification. This course is designed for managers who are managing at a strategic level in the workplace. This course will require current managers to develop their strategic management and leadership skills and to implement these models into their organisation’s strategy.
Learners Support
Throughout the qualifications you will have your own dedicated Personal Tutor who will support you in successfully completing the qualification. You will liaise with your Tutor on an individual basis through courses, email or telephone. You will also have 24/7 access to online support materials through the Management Direct website which includes assignment templates, comprehensive learning resources and a ‘Guide to Writing your Assignment’.
