Cheryl Kaye
Cheryl has over 15 years’ generalist HR experience working for Jersey Water and is part of the Senior Leadership Team. Commencing employment in 1991, Cheryl has developed to become the HR Manager, leading and overseeing all Human Resources and Health & Safety activities.
Joining the CIPD Jersey Branch committee in 2011 as volunteer, Cheryl became Chair in July 2015, after gaining experience in the roles as Treasurer, Head of Events sub-committee and Vice Chair. Cheryl represents the voice of the Jersey Branch on a national level by attending CIPD UK Council meetings.
